Spotted Leaf was basically a dinner conversation during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. We had to cancel our wedding, and we ended up getting married over zoom in our home sunroom (which we decked out like a jungle, with tons of tropical plants). The plants had such a huge positive impact on such an uncontrollable situation, so this really inspired us to find a way for people to gather and reconnect through plants.

We stumbled upon the idea of building our very own "Plant + Sip" experience, and immediately knew this was the lifestyle we wanted to create - so we left our full time careers and took this leap together. We love connecting with people, we always wanted to be teachers, and we really wanted to build a fun space for people that felt like they've just been transported into a warm tropical oasis.

We are an experiential retail plant shop in the front of our shop, and we host terrarium building classes in our greenhouse room in the back. We wanted everyone to be able to experience plants in a fun creative way, and never feel judged for their amount of plant knowledge. We throw parties, celebrate birthdays, life moments, and our shop experience has really created this vibe of pure happiness.

Whether we've met you through a plant + sip party, terrarium classes, or through helping you find your favorite plant within our jungle oasis, we just wanted to say thank you for being here. We are absolutely here to support you through your plant journey.
