I store water in my roots under the soil! I have thick, potato-like roots known as rhizomes. They get especially large when I am preparing a new stem.

Wait until I'm completely dry to give me a drink. Overwatering is the #1 way to kill me! My leaves will feel thin and curl when I’m really thirsty!

I can tolerate low light but not zero light! put me in a window, bed room, basement, I don't care! I'm not picky, but if I get more light I can grow faster!
